VYSHYTO HOUSE

The transit area is a part of the home that often goes unnoticed. But we decided not to hide the staircase, but rather create something bright.

This is where the futuristic light illumination welcomes you. These lanterns, like the stars of the Milky Way in the middle of a cherry night, illuminate your walk.

The staircase leads to an atmospheric library dominated by straight lines and shades of wood. DROZH tiles designed by our architecture add a special mood. The library with a ladder resembles a grandfather’s attic, only slightly updated.

When you choose the right book, pay attention to our comfortable SLON armchair by the large window. It’s time to relax.

We expanded the large hall, dividing it into several functional spaces. At the entrance there is a shelving cabinet for the owner’s art collections. Ukrainian contemporary art finds a safe haven here.

Near the fireplace in the seating area, a massive custom-made gray clay KHMARA lamp hangs above the soft sofa. The uncluttered beauty and refined wonder of this place.

A unique sail made of stone plaster rises above the fireplace itself. It is a unique solution that adds visual dynamics to the room and directs warm streams to its center.

"IT MAY SEEM THAT THE DESIGN IS JUST IN THE AIR. BUT THIS LIGHTNESS IS ACHIEVED WITH GREAT EFFORT. THE SPACE COULD HAVE LOOKED GREAT WITHOUT THE "WIND EFFECT", BUT OUR IDEA WAS WORTH IT, NOW THE LIGHTNESS AND FREEDOM ARE FELT HERE ON A PHYSICAL LEVEL"

Next to the window to the terrace is the workspace, where natural light creates perfect insolation and makes the business process as pleasant as possible.

While the family is away, DIDO in the room carefully monitors the well-being and order.

The wooden shelves are separated by a black column. Its bold embossed texture adds a subtle brutalism that balances the design ensemble well and resembles powerful tarred pillars in old Ukrainian villages.

Hints are the art used by MAKHO in the study area of VYSHYTO HOUSE. Amidst the minimalism and “quiet luxury” of the room, you are attracted to these strange and warm details: star lanterns, a grandfather’s ladder, a hearth and a romantic stone sail above it. These elements nourish the space like an echo of something deep, authentic and rooted. Something that can be called “the soul of the people”.
